Manoj Kapoor is a Principal at Northside Capital Partners, where he focuses on acquisitions, capital formation, and strategic investment opportunities. He brings more than 20 years of Bay Area real estate experience and has been involved in approximately $300 million of transactions across multifamily units and office buildings. Prior to joining Northside, Manoj founded Bandon Capital, where he has acquired, repositioned, and managed multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout San Francisco. He brings extensive experience in sourcing investments, structuring transactions, raising capital, and executing value-add business plans.
