Trent Moore has more than 20 years of success sourcing, operating, financing, and selling multifamily properties in San Francisco. He began his career in the early 2000s as a multifamily sales agent at Marcus & Millichap in the San Francisco office and since 2008, he has operated his own real estate investments, syndications, and companies. He brings extensive expertise in San Francisco rent control and real estate syndication. Trent’s simple investment philosophy is to buy during lulls in the real estate market and refinance or sell during the boom times.
Trent earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in 2001.
